Refunds and Exchanges
- Returns and exchanges are only allowed within 24 hours of receipt of the shipment (fees may apply depending on shipping rates).
- To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the product must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the items received are damaged, defective, of a different size, unwanted, or not the same item ordered.

Damages and Issues
- Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess and correct the problem.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
- Our jewelry/personally worn items cannot be returned or exchanged except within the first 24 hours of receiving your order. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your product.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refund
If more than 7 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us via WhatsApp or email at info@lavèa.com.
Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected in our warehouse. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible. If an alternative method is required, we will work with you to ensure a smooth and convenient process. Please allow some time for the transaction to appear based on your payment provider’s policies.
